Voom, LLC offers NIST traceable instrument and valve calibrations at your jobsite. Our highly trained technicians will work closely with your Operations to methodically go through your list of devices needing calibration. We also have extensive knowledge of the recommended lists of devices which should be regularly addressed on PM schedules for simple cycle CT’s, combined cycle GT’s, HRSG’s and steam turbines from various OEMs. Calibration reports will be provided for each device and include as-found and as-left data. System loop checks, valve stroking, set-point checks and range verification with the control room Operator will ensure home run signals are solid and control systems match field devices. Recommendations concerning repairs and replacement will also be provided for each device not operating within tolerance. Our state-of-the-art test equipment is maintained and regularly calibrated against certified and traceable NIST standards. All documentation is kept on file and provided to our customers upon request.
